Arundel’s quiet estates back onto bushland and wetlands, which is lovely to live beside and relentless on floors and windows. Homes that back onto the reserve collect leaf litter, pollen and fine grit through every screen door, and it settles on sills, window tracks and floorboards faster than it does further into the city. Plenty of Arundel households also work shifts at the university hospital and the Griffith campus nearby, so a cleaner who holds a consistent slot is worth more than the cheapest hourly rate on offer.
That is usually where price-shopping goes wrong. An uninsured cleaner can cost far more than they saved you if something gets broken, and call-out fees have a way of appearing once the job is finished. Cleaner Space keeps it straightforward. Every cleaner is police-checked and fully insured, you see one clear price online before you commit, and there is no lock-in contract. Book and pay online, pick a time that suits your roster, and your cleaner arrives with everything needed for the job. We run the same routes through neighbouring Parkwood and Molendinar, so we can often fit you into a run that is already in your area.

Frequently asked questions
About Home Cleaning On The Gold Coast
Can regular cleaning services be arranged?
Booking is entirely online and you only pay once the job’s done. Pick regular cleaning from the menu, choose your date and time, add any notes for your cleaner (a stubborn stain, a pet to work around), and we’ll get you on the schedule you want — weekly, fortnightly or monthly.
Does Cleaner Space offer cleaning over the weekend?
Yes — with a lot of Arundel residents working rotating shifts at the hospital or the Griffith campus, weekend and after-hours slots go quickly. We keep availability outside the standard week specifically for that.
Are you insured, and do your cleaners have police checks?
Yes. Cleaner Space is fully insured and all our professional cleaners hold current police-checked clearances. Our public liability and workers’ compensation policies protect your home, our team, and you against any unlikely mishaps during the job. Each cleaner also undergoes a thorough background check (including a National Police Check) before joining our team, so you can trust that anyone entering your home has been vetted for your complete peace of mind.
What makes Cleaner Space a top choice for cleaners on the Gold Coast?
