1. Introduction

Welcome to Cleaner Space (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our services.


2. Services

We provide professional cleaning services, including but not limited to:

  • Residential cleaning

  • Commercial cleaning

  • Airbnb cleaning

  • NDIS cleaning

  • Move-out cleaning

3. Bookings

  • Scheduling: Bookings can be made via our website, phone, or email. All bookings are subject to availability.

  • Confirmation: A booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email or SMS from us.

  • Changes and Cancellations: You may reschedule or cancel your booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without charge. Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a fee.


4. Payments

  • Pricing: Prices for our services are listed on our website and may vary based on the type and scope of work.

  • Payment Methods: We accept payment via credit/debit card, bank transfer, and other methods specified during booking.

  • Late Payments: Late payments may incur additional fees or impact future bookings.


5. Customer Obligations

  • Access: Ensure our team has access to the premises at the scheduled time.

  • Safety: Advise us of any hazards or special requirements prior to the clean.

  • Valuables: Please secure or remove valuables and fragile items. We are not responsible for loss or damage to unsecured items.


6. Liability

Cleaner Space is fully insured for public liability. However, we are not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damage or wear and tear

  • Items not disclosed as fragile or not secured

  • Services affected by customer-provided products or tools


7. Termination

We may refuse or cancel service if:

  • These Terms are breached

  • Unsafe working conditions exist

  • Staff are treated disrespectfully or inappropriately


8. Changes to Terms

Cleaner Space reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website.


9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.

10. Our Service Satisfaction Policy

At Cleaner Space, we take pride in delivering high-quality cleaning services. However, if for any reason a client feels unsatisfied with a clean, we always want to make it right.

To ensure we can properly address any concerns, we kindly ask that all complaints be submitted within 3 days from the day of the clean. Along with your concern, please send photos of the areas you feel were not up to standard so we can review them and provide feedback to our cleaners. If no concerns are raised within this period, we will assume the job has been fulfilled to satisfaction.

When a concern is raised within the 3-day window, we offer the following resolution options:

  • Reclean: We can return within 3 days of the scheduled service to address and fix any areas that were missed, as part of our 200% guarantee.

  • Partial Refund: We can provide a 20% refund from the original invoice, as our cleaners have already invested their time, effort, and products into the service.

  • Free Extras: We can offer either a free 2-hour clean on your next visit or a free add-on service (such as oven cleaning, window cleaning, etc.) on your next booking.

Your satisfaction is important to us, and we’re committed to making sure every clean meets our standard.
