Do I need to tidy up before the cleaner arrives?
No, there’s no deep tidy needed. Picking up toys, clothes and personal items off the surfaces does help though, because it means your cleaner spends the visit scrubbing and sanitising rather than sorting.
Are your cleaners insured and background-checked?
Yes. Every cleaner is police checked before their first job and fully insured on every job after it. That matters most if you are not home during the clean, which is how most of our regular clients work.
What cleaning products do you use? Are they safe for children and pets?
We use eco friendly, non toxic products that are safe around children and pets, and your cleaner brings all of them. If you have specific product preferences or sensitivities, please let us know, and we’ll accommodate your needs.
Can I schedule cleanings at times that suit my routine?
Yes. We clean 7am to 7pm Monday to Saturday, weekly, fortnightly, monthly or one off, with no lock-in contract. Early mornings and late afternoons book out first, so get in ahead for those.
What if I'm not satisfied with the cleaning service?
Send us photos within 3 days of the clean and choose how we fix it. We can come back and re-clean the areas that were missed, refund 20% of the invoice, or give you a free 2 hour clean or a free add-on such as oven or window cleaning on your next booking. Your choice, not ours. Full details are in clause 10 of our terms.
