You can book in online, we have a pay on completion business model. Once booked, you’ll receive an email confirmation with all the details of your cleaning appointment. Make sure to select “Carpet Cleaning” from the service menu, enter your details including your preferred date and time, then provide any special instructions (e.g. stubborn stains) and we will send a cleaner out to get cleaned professionally.
What carpet cleaning methods do you use, and are they safe for my carpets?
We primarily use hot water extraction (often called “steam cleaning”), which is the industry’s most effective method for removing deep-seated dirt, stains and allergens. Before cleaning, we pre-treat high-traffic or stained areas with a mild, eco-friendly solution, agitate gently, then rinse thoroughly. All products are pet- and child-safe, and our technicians are fully trained to ensure colours and fibres remain intact.

How long will my carpets take to fully dry?
After our hot water extraction process, most carpets on the Gold Coast dry in 4–6 hours, depending on humidity and airflow. We recommend keeping windows or doors open where possible and accessing the room only once it feels just slightly damp to the touch. If you have concerns about humidity or are scheduling a same-day event, let us know when booking, and we’ll tailor our drying approach accordingly.
What do I need to do to prepare before the cleaners arrive?
Before our cleaners arrive, please clear small, fragile or valuable items off the carpeted areas (such as toys and breakables) and move any lightweight furniture you would rather we did not move. Our team will shift any heavy or bulky pieces for you. If possible, vacuum your carpets beforehand to help us focus on deeper stains, and be sure to let us know about any recent spills, pet accidents or high-traffic spots so we can pre-treat effectively. If you’re unsure about anything, simply add a note in the “Special Instructions” box when booking and our team will be happy to advise.
