Sorrento’s canal streets sit quietly between Surfers and Broadbeach, and the homes here are larger than the postcode’s reputation suggests. It is an easy suburb to underestimate. Behind the quiet streets are substantial houses with multiple bathrooms, a lot of glass facing the water, and the sort of finishes that show a rushed job straight away. Being wedged between two of the busiest suburbs on the coast also means cleaners tend to pass straight through.
A quote pitched at the surrounding unit stock will not cover a home like this, and that gap is where the disappointment usually starts. We price your property online and stand behind the figure. Cleaners are police-checked and fully insured, there is no lock-in contract, and regular cleans are paid once the work is done. Neighbouring Surfers Paradise and Broadbeach are on the same run.
