The Best Cleaners Near You
Our mission
At Cleaner Space it’s all about you, we connect Mermaid Beach households with a trusted, local home cleaner in minutes.
Our process
Easily book and pay online, our cleaners bring all cleaning products. Enjoy our flexible booking times and no lock-in contracts.
If you have any questions or need help, feel free to contact our team.
From the Hedges Avenue beachfront to the older cottages a few streets back, Mermaid Beach is a suburb where standards are high and sand gets everywhere. The two ends of the suburb need different things. The beachfront homes are large, glass-heavy and unforgiving of a rushed job. The cottages a few streets back are older, with the timber floors, louvres and tight bathrooms that take real time to do properly. Sand is the one constant across both.
A single cheap hourly rate cannot cover that range, which is why quotes here so often get revised upward after the first visit. We price the actual home online and stand by it. Every cleaner is police-checked and fully insured, nothing locks you in, and regular cleans are paid once you have seen the work. Neighbouring Nobby Beach and Broadbeach are on the same round.

Frequently asked questions
About Home Cleaning On The Gold Coast
Can regular cleaning services be arranged?
Booking runs online with pay-on-completion — nothing’s charged until the job’s done. Select “regular cleaning” from the menu, choose your preferred day and time, add any notes for your cleaner, and pick weekly, fortnightly or monthly.
Does Cleaner Space offer cleaning over the weekend?
Yes — weekend and after-hours cleaning is available throughout Mermaid Beach, useful for the Hedges Avenue short-stay lets and households who can’t fit a clean into a weekday.
Are you insured, and do your cleaners have police checks?
Yes. Cleaner Space is fully insured and all our professional cleaners hold current police-checked clearances. Our public liability and workers’ compensation policies protect your home, our team, and you against any unlikely mishaps during the job. Each cleaner also undergoes a thorough background check (including a National Police Check) before joining our team, so you can trust that anyone entering your home has been vetted for your complete peace of mind.
What makes Cleaner Space a top choice for cleaners on the Gold Coast?
From the Hedges Avenue beachfront to the older cottages back from the sand, Mermaid Beach homeowners keep booking Cleaner Space because the standard doesn’t change.
Does Cleaner Space provide all the cleaning equipment?
Yes, Cleaner Space cleaners arrive fully equipped with professional-grade tools and environmentally friendly cleaning products for every job.
